About the Role:

We are seeking a Career Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing caregiver schedules, coordinating shifts, and ensuring seamless operations in home care settings.

Your primary goal will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules, respond promptly to changes, and communicate effectively with clients and caregivers.

You will work closely with our operations team to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure staffing levels meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage caregiver schedules, including creating and updating rosters, and ensuring adequate coverage
  • Coordinate shift changes, cancellations, or no-shows, and notify relevant parties accordingly
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers via phone, email, or other agreed-upon channels
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to address staffing needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with software systems and technology, including scheduling tools and communication platforms
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands
