We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our distributed team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work on a high-profile project that will have a significant impact on the industry.

Job Description

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications. You will work closely with other engineers and developers to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in modern programming languages such as C++. They should also have a good understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Cross-platform development experience on macOS and/or Windows
  • Expertise in modern C++ development
  • Experience with software testing and test-driven development
  • Extremely high personal standards for code quality, testing, and design
  • Knowledge of hypervisor technologies such as Hyper-V, VirtualBox, KVM, and QEMU
  • Open source experience and involvement
  • Knowledge of CI systems a plus
  • Capacity to learn quickly about new systems and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or similar degree
