Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of expense reports. This includes verifying receipts and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies.

You will also be responsible for processing expense reports on time and assisting with internal/external audits as needed. Additionally, you will manage period-end activities, including reports, reconciliation, and metrics.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify expense reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Process expense reports on time and assist with internal/external audits as needed
  • Manage period-end activities, including reports, reconciliation, and metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with payables related to expense reports, events/meals, and travel invoices. You should also have knowledge of travel & expense management tools (Concur) and standard accounts payable policies, procedures, and regulations.

In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
