We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team in the BPO industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and presenting reports and dashboards that drive data-driven decisions and operational efficiency. This role requires strong Excel expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards for operations, clients, and leadership teams.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Create customized ad hoc reports to support business requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports delivered.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain proper documentation of report logic, definitions, and processes.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role within a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros preferred).
  • Experience in report and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools).
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database/query languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
