
Human Resource Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-level customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone in the organization.
- Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and considerations for future process improvements.
HR Administration:
- Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
- Manage employee data in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Systems, Automation & Reporting:
- Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
- Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Report on people initiatives as required.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
