Performance Advertising Designer

We are a creative-led organization that blends data, tech, and creativity to create meaningful impact. This role sits within our Performance Business Unit, helping brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data-driven campaigns.

As a Performance Ad Designer, you will shape our visual output, creating ads that captivate audiences while driving key performance metrics. You will collaborate with creative strategists and marketers to develop innovative, attention-grabbing designs tailored for paid media campaigns.

  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements.
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising.
  • Deliver projects on time and according to the brief, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience with collaboration tools would be ideal.
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms is required.
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives is needed.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
