We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and storyboard engaging animated content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in motion graphics creation, video editing, and visual effects. With a focus on delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines, they will ensure seamless integration of motion design work into marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for animating static design assets, such as logos and UI elements, to create dynamic visual experiences. You will also edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to produce polished video content that meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.

To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software, with a strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motion Graphics Creation: Design captivating motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and storyboard engaging animated content that communicates key messages and drives user engagement.
  • Asset Animation: Animate static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience (3+ years): Strong portfolio with motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Industry Expertise (MUST): At least 1 year hands-on motion design experience in iGaming or Social Casino.
  • SaaS Motion Design Experience (Critical): Experience creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations).
  • Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Animation Principles: Solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling.
