About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with both client and internal projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams, tasks, and external resources within defined tolerances.
  • Ensure the project team is properly staffed and that necessary services are obtained to meet project objectives.
  • Comply with System Development/Project Life Cycle, Change Management, Regulatory, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • Provide oversight of IT application and system analysis, development, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Communicate with users, IT, and senior management concerning project progress, concerns, and manage stakeholders' expectations.
  • Evaluate project requirements and objectives to ensure proper definition and documentation.
  • Establish, build, and update project plans with actual and forecast data, manage deviations from the plan, and identify and manage project risk.
  • Act as primary liaison between the IT division and various stakeholders.
  • Express information effectively through clear and convincing oral and written presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices.
  • Experience in project budgeting, design, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Good business analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong management skills and ability to lead and motivate project teams.
  • Ability to build and manage good relationships with customers and all stakeholders across business units.
  • Ability to supervise a matrix team of associates, contractors, and vendors with various skills and disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities.
