Automotive Warehouse Coordinator

At RCX Recruitment Inc., we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has excellent organizational skills.
As an Automotive Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle warehouse. Your primary duties will include receiving and verifying delivered vehicles, inspecting them for physical damages or breakages, and maintaining accurate records of inventory. You will also be responsible for managing warehouse productivity, preparing necessary documentation, and performing daily inspections of the warehouse grounds.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a key role in maintaining good relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all turn-ins and out-of-vehicles are properly documented and monitored. You will also participate in ROPA and collection meetings, providing active support and assistance as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
