Job Title: Platform Dynamics Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the management and enhancement of our Dynamics platform. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, developing solution architecture, and ensuring best practices across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical professionals, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure alignment with industry standards and client needs.
  • Solution Architecture: Define and guide the architectural vision, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across Dynamics solutions, designing tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with other platforms.
  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to align platform direction with business objectives, developing a roadmap for Dynamics capabilities and enhancements to stay ahead of market trends and client demands.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting our Dynamics capabilities, and acting as a technical lead in presales activities, including requirements gathering and proposal development.
  • Public Representation: Represent our organisation at industry conferences and events, strengthening our reputation within the Dynamics and broader tech communities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest Dynamics updates, tools, and industry trends, encouraging team members to pursue professional development and knowledge-sharing within the Dynamics ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience: Extensive experience (8+ years) in Dynamics 365, including technical management and solution architecture within a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform, Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
