Job Overview

A multifaceted role for an accomplished Web Designer is available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing websites using WordPress.

This position requires a blend of creative design expertise and technical skills to deliver high-quality, responsive websites that meet client requirements.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging website layouts, graphics, and digital assets
  • Populate and manage websites using WordPress, including installing/configuring plugins and customizing themes
  • Implement designs using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript when needed
  • Ensure websites are optimized, aligned with branding and client requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or layout issues
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or WordPress Designer
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Knowledge and experience in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and site population
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with PHP and JavaScript is a plus
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
  • Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently on multiple projects
