Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves designing high-quality deliverables, including branding, print, digital, and ads. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in web and graphic design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design a wide range of creative materials, such as logos, style guides, visual identities, flyers, business cards, packaging, book covers, web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets, display banners, lead magnets, promos, presentations, and infographics.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or similar, to speed up ideation and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with fellow designers, Squad Leads, and Quality Analysts to deliver consistent, on-brand designs.
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism, turning vague input into strategic creative output.
  • Manage your time efficiently across multiple design requests daily, with consistent quality and creativity.

  • A reliable computer setup: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM, and a backup machine.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment.
  • Willingness to undergo and pass 1 week of Bootcamp (paid trial work) before being officially hired.
