Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Linux System Administrator. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure.

Your primary duties will include handling all IT work, including firewall security, user VPNs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems from both home and office locations.

You will also be working closely with our development teams to facilitate connectivity, access, and permissions to various applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with our DevOps and support teams to resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in IT and possess strong technical skills, particularly in the areas of:

  • Linux system administration (Red Hat/CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Microsoft Windows administration
  • Scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl)
  • Networking knowledge (Fortigate firewall setup, static routing, DHCP)
  • IT automation using technologies like Ansible
