We are seeking a skilled finance professional to lead our financial strategy and operations. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our organization.

About the Role

This position will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all business units. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and risk assessment, with a strong understanding of financial data and analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing financial strategies that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance cash flow management. They will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth, improving profitability, and enhancing cash flow management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to work across functions and levels.
