Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in ensuring their positive experience with our company.

Job Summary

Join us as a Call Center Agent and be the first point of contact for customers. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience.

  • High school diploma (college preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • With or without BPO experience.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
  • Willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well under pressure. They should also be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
