Job Title: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for delivering business value through data-driven insights and decisions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data manipulation. They should have experience with Python, R, and SQL, as well as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio. A degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Math, or a related field is preferred.

As a Data Scientist, you will lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover user behaviors and content trends. You will also build and maintain scalable data pipelines, reporting tools, and dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate across editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver data-driven strategies.

You will be responsible for championing A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to optimize content performance. Contribute to the architecture and integrity of our data warehouse. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deliver actionable insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in data science with a strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data manipulation.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
  • Skilled with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and Agile workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Math, or a related field.
