Operations and Program Management Opportunity

Are you a seasoned operations professional with a passion for program management? Do you have experience in designing internal systems and team cadences? We are seeking a skilled Operations Business Partner to join our team.

This role involves working closely with senior leaders to provide operational insight and structure, helping them plan, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. You will be responsible for improving how our group operates, ensuring that we are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Own and elevate team operations by building and maintaining operating cadences, project tracking tools, retrospectives, and clear documentation practices.
  • Be a strategic partner to group and leadership teams, collaborating closely to translate vision into clear, trackable plans.
  • Facilitate communication, alignment, and clarity by proactively raising blockers, facilitating problem-solving, and driving context-sharing across specialties and teams.
  • Drive insight and foresight by tracking performance and proactively flagging emerging issues or opportunities.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with experience in operations, program management, or business operations, preferably in fast-paced, ambiguous, or high-growth environments like startups, scale-ups, strategy & ops, or consulting. You should be comfortable in the grey, able to help create clarity when things are ambiguous.

The Ideal Candidate:

You are a strong communicator who can zoom into operational detail when needed and zoom out to connect it back to the bigger picture. You take initiative, spotting inefficiencies, blockers, or misalignments and acting on them before they become problems. You think in systems, holding complexity, context, and constraints while still moving toward the simplest and most effective solution.
