Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documents across various clients and internal writing teams. You will also learn formatting techniques consistent with company guidelines, including the application of styles, table insertion, figure creation, document appearance, and document navigation such as Table of Contents and cross references.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of grammar rules and be able to perform quality control reviews, verifying documents against sources and ensuring internal consistency.

In addition, you will be responsible for basic publishing tasks, creating bookmarks and hyperlinks into submission files according to organization standards. Your ability to work in a team-based environment and offer services directly to clients in their systems performing simple scenarios is highly valued.
