Quality Control Specialist

This is a key opportunity to leverage your expertise and quality standards to make an immediate impact on customers and support the mission to be the most helpful creative platform in the world.

Scope of work:

  • Guarantee requests adhere to quality control standards by scrutinizing customer's needs efficiently. Our specialist handles multiple revisions, addressing each one individually with speed and precision.
  • Maintain high productivity and efficiency. Review an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to enhance quality outputs.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests within our scope of service, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and general industry standards.
  • Adheres to established quality control procedures while utilizing platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Specialist teammates and Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Remain informed about the latest updates and pertinent information concerning the creative review process, ensuring the enforcement of up-to-date procedures.
  • Generate weekly reports pinpointing areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.

Ideal Profile:

Requirements:

  • Proficient in reviewing designs and artworks within the client's services.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro as well as other tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Figma.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in the review of creative output.
  • Ability to identify and address quality issues in creative works, covering aesthetic and technical considerations.
  • Capacity to effectively comprehend information, ensuring a thorough review of requests based on clients' details and ticket specifications.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills essential for maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience and knowledge of the creative industry, coupled with a constant drive to stay informed on evolving industry trends.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, facilitating clear and concise interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in order to reach team goals and metrics.
