Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creative strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Conduct design critiques and approve creative assets, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and marketing objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of creative assets.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, enhancing team efficiency and creative output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools like Figma.
  • Strong understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
