Job Title: Senior Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Support Professional. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our client's business by providing high-level support and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership by managing calendars, handling email correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
  • Track meeting notes and follow up on action items to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative workflows with efficiency and precision.
  • Handle client-facing communication via email, phone, and CRM systems, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist in client onboarding and data entry into CRM platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise between internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Provide general office support tasks such as document organization and scheduling, ensuring a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
  • Support executives in managing sensitive and confidential information, upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administrative and executive assistant roles.
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software and digital communication tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Professionalism and reliability in every interaction, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
