Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the business and support units by implementing privacy and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular status reports on assigned projects.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and privacy documentation remain updated and effectively communicated to process owners.
  • Comply with the Systems and Methods Department's Privacy Framework and Process Improvement methodology.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams for project and operational activities.
  • Perform other tasks aligned with departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business/Accountancy/Computer Science/Information Technology/Industrial Engineering
  • Must have experience in Real Estate Industry processes and/or Privacy and Process Improvement Projects involving creation/updating of Privacy, Policies and Procedures documentations
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
