- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.

- Sharing knowledge with the team and assisting in training new members.

- At least 3+ years of experience in technical support, primarily supporting via email and chat.
- General knowledge of web-based and mobile applications.
- Experience with SaaS products.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and an even temperament.
