Store Leadership Role

The Store Manager oversees the daily store operations ensuring efficient service high-quality beverage preparation and excellent customer satisfaction.

  1. Leading and developing the store team by mentoring coaching and evaluating employees to ensure they meet job expectations and improve skills.
  2. Managing inventory including receiving stock maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling inventory discrepancies through regular cycle counts audits and reporting issues promptly.
