Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Transcriptionist to provide accurate and timely transcription services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional listening skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality written documents from various audio sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously transcribe a wide range of audio content, including interviews, meetings, speeches, and podcasts, into clear, well-structured written documents.
  • Ensure all transcriptions meet our company standards and client specifications, including rigorous quality checks for punctuation, grammar, spelling, and consistent formatting.
  • Utilize advanced listening skills to discern and accurately transcribe diverse accents, speech patterns, and varying audio qualities, striving for a transcript that is as close to the original audio as possible.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a transcriptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with various transcription software and tools is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy are essential.
  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
