Workforce Development Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Workforce Development Specialist to join our team immediately.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting directly to the VP of Operations or COO.
  • Overseeing workforce planning using forecast models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Monitoring and managing absenteeism and attrition daily.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to match new hires with the right clients.
  • Utilizing Lever, MySQL, and other tools to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Managing offboarding processes to ensure timely tool removals and system access revocation for exiting employees.
  • Tracking account churn and working with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organisational charts and reporting lines.
  • Providing daily workforce health updates and coordinating staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.

Reports and Deliverables:

  • Active employee count by job level.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD absenteeism rates.
  • Prior Day, WTD, and MTD attrition rates.
  • Client run rate churn rates and geo-specific churn reports.
  • Ad-hoc WFM reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in BPO or remote work environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
