Job Description

A key role in our team involves creating high-quality video content for clients' channels.

The videos will cover a range of topics, from 'How to' tutorials on plugins to general videos about WordPress and other popular plugins.

You will need hands-on experience with both production and editing, handling all stages of the video production process.

Depending on your skills and experience, you may either implement a video strategy and SEO goals provided by our Content Manager or take the lead on research and strategy yourself.

This is a flexible and varied role, working across multiple video platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a video content calendar
  • Producing and editing engaging educational, general, and brand video content
  • Collaborating with customers to obtain video testimonials
  • Designing supporting images to illustrate videos, such as opening and closing slides
  • Optional - Producing other types of video, including video tutorials and animated GIFs showcasing plugins
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic experience working with the WordPress CMS
  • Proven experience producing and editing quality videos for online publication
  • Experience creating screencasts
  • Ability to create images to illustrate videos, including basic image editing

Additional requirements include perfect spoken English, good on-camera and narration skills, an engaging personality to capture viewers' interest, and the ability to describe technical software in a clear and accessible way.
