E-Learning Visual Communications Specialist

As a visual communications specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging e-learning materials for diverse clients.

This position spans across our library and bespoke teams, with initial deployment to the pre-sales team to assist in generating high-quality visual content that supports our pre-sales activities.

  • You will conceptualize and create statics (storyboards/sample layouts) using Adobe tools, traditional print software, or other creative mediums.
  • Develop dynamic and engaging project materials that are creative, high-quality, and align with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Take written content and produce strong graphic ideas/solutions for various media.
  • Collaborate with learning directors, managers, instructional designers, and design managers to produce visual content of high client-facing standard.
  • Manage time effectively to balance demanding requirements of multiple concurrent products and schedules.
  • Recognize internal and client constraints to align designs and overall design approach.
  • Catalog new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse.
Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience in relevant stream.

• A talented designer with exceptionally strong conceptual visual design skills.

• High-level proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is critical.

• Broad knowledge of designing to various eLearning industry tools.

• Strong problem-solving and idea-generation skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
