Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality catalogues that showcase products effectively, while adhering to budget parameters and the overall catalogue plan.
  • Manage the catalogue production timeline, coordinating content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Ensure all content meets established production guidelines and agreed-upon processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to secure necessary content and approvals.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks for all catalogue elements, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Build and manage catalogue content within the BIG W Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager - AEM).

Attributes and Capabilities include:

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale is beneficial.
  • A meticulous and fastidious eye for detail.
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure and adjust to evolving priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in Figma, Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (or similar applications) is a plus.
