Interior Designer

This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a prestigious interior design firm in Southern California. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in luxury residential projects, balancing elegance, comfort, and functionality.

The selected individual will work closely with lead designers and clients, supporting the design process from initial concepts through to final presentations.

  • Collaborate with lead designers to develop and execute high-end residential interior design projects.
  • Utilize Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Suite to create, organize, and edit engaging presentations.
  • Draft layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD software.
  • Conduct virtual design consultations and communicate design ideas effectively to clients in both English and Mandarin.
  • Source furnishings, finishes, and materials in line with U.S. standards (using Imperial units).
  • Translate design concepts into actionable visual and written materials.
  • Track and document project progress, revisions, and design notes.

The successful candidate will demonstrate fluency in English (spoken and written), a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and 3–5+ years of interior design experience, preferably with luxury or high-end residential projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Docs is essential, along with familiarity with Imperial and Metric systems and U.S. design/building standards.

A strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to communicate design intent clearly across languages are crucial for this role.
