Financial Operations Manager

You will be instrumental in supporting the company's financial success, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.
About the RoleAs Senior Management Accountant, you will report to an Australia-based manager and collaborate with the finance team to prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, present financial results at management meetings, and manage external auditor relations and audit queries.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Presentation of financial results at management meetings
- Balance sheet reconciliations and BAS/IAS returns
- Management of external auditor relations and audit queries
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in Australian accounting and tax, preferably in media or related sectors
- A qualified accountant (CA/CPA preferred)
- Relevant experience in diverse revenue streams such as memberships, events, and advertising
- Sage Intacct experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Chargebee and HubSpot is an advantage
- Highly autonomous and self-motivated with strong analytical skills
