Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to lead our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
- Leading the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for tax planning and compliance, coordinating and managing internal and external audits, and providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the accounting team.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
