Remote Marketing Support Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Remote Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide marketing support to entrepreneurs and small businesses by assisting with email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • You will work independently with minimal supervision, but regular check-ins will be conducted to ensure success in your role.
  • A comfortable working environment with high-speed internet access is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist with email marketing campaigns by researching and writing engaging subject lines, crafting compelling content, and scheduling emails for send times.
  2. Content Creation: Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, such as graphics, videos, and social media posts.
  3. Social Media Management: Manage multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  4. Calendar Management: Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and manage email communications to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  5. Research Tasks: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant or marketing support role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Capcut, Vimeo, Zoom, Canva, Google Workspace, project management software, and social media schedulers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
