Production Project Manager

The Production Coordinator role involves coordinating a team of creatives, streamlining client production schedules, and ensuring all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
This individual works closely with Creatives, Quality Specialists, Team Coordinators, and other Production Specialists. Regular interactions take place with Customer Success Managers and Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with creatives, manage the client's production schedule, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to Creatives to meet quality standards.
- Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers.
- Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and brand guidelines are met.
- Identify Design Time for all requests assigned to the team in collaboration with Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and Production Specialists.
- Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.
- Possesses a passion for creative development and production processes.
- Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Is proficient in project and relationship management.
- Displays excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and collaboration across teams.
- Has practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Is resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Can organize and comprehend project requirements, even when not well-defined.
- Experience with project management platforms.
- Daily client interaction via Slack and Email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly.
- Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
- Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
- Experience with ticket management tools.
- Proven experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience coordinating creative projects to meet client expectations.
- Familiarity with a creative role is a plus.
- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
