Overview

Production/Project Manager (Print & POSM) at Indicia Worldwide. Role focuses on end-to-end production delivery for low to medium spend projects, mentoring Production Executives, and, in the Senior PM's absence, directly engaging with clients.

Purpose: to activate Indicia Worldwide's proposition by delivering high quality work at appropriate cost for client needs. Approach centers on excellence in production delivery aligned with our values: Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering, and Accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end production of low to medium-level spend and standard projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, timeliness, and profitability.
  • Coordinate briefing, scheduling, and delivery on behalf of the client; mentor and upskill Production Executives; occasionally engage with clients in the Senior PM's absence.
  • Drive improvements to internal delivery processes and maintain client profitability.
Key Focus Areas
  • Strategic Thinking: foster collaboration on upcoming projects and requirements; serve as a subject matter expert and solution-oriented adviser.
  • Process Focus: propose continuous improvement initiatives and provide strategic campaign guidance.
  • Communications: provide visibility on day-to-day topics; tailor messages to audience for feedback and required outputs.
  • Campaign Management: handle low to medium complexity briefs; verify briefs; provide regular updates; produce clear campaign plans and manage client expectations; ensure activity reports add value.
  • Analytical Skills: ensure data quality and compliance; present monthly savings and delivery reviews; analyze performance and collaborate to improve data accuracy.
  • Negotiations: manage discussions with teams and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Typically 2–3 years of print/POS production management experience; relevant project management and supplier liaison experience is a plus.
  • Industry background or education is a plus; fluent in English (written and spoken).
Mindset and Competencies
  • Clear, effective communication across all levels; solution-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Technology-oriented with attention to detail; strong mediation and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong prioritization and accountability; willingness to support teammates as needed.
Role Requirements
  • Role may require office presence; standard hours are 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with some meetings outside these hours due to global nature; time can be recovered as needed.
