Accounting Specialist Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized accounting specialist to manage our financial records. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

  • Manage day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Prepare financial documentation for audits and tax filings
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as an accounting specialist or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
