We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and remote work tools, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements
- Process and reconcile transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Generate financial reports and statements as required
- Track property-related expenses and income, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Report directly to management on financial performance and any issues or concerns
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
