Financial Record Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and bookkeeping systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and remote work tools, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank statements
  • Process and reconcile transactions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Generate financial reports and statements as required
  • Track property-related expenses and income, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Report directly to management on financial performance and any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency in accounting software and remote work tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
