Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Professional

Responsibilities
  • Daily Inspections: Conduct thorough daily inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Contractor Oversight: Supervise contractors when professional repairs are necessary, ensuring that work is done to high standards.
  • Cleaning Services: Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Gardening Services: Maintain the garden and yard by mowing the lawn, collecting trash, and performing other gardening tasks.
  • Renovation Support: Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations, providing essential support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any issues or concerns to the facilities or maintenance manager for prompt attention.

Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and work at heights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and contractors.
