Operations Role Overview\

The Operations team is responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming goods, performing housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment, conducting cycle count and physical inventory checks, topping up medical items in wards and stores, and updating store records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.\
  • Perform regular housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.\
  • Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks to identify any discrepancies or stockouts.\
  • TOP-UP medical items in wards and stores as needed.\
  • Update store records accurately and efficiently.\
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.\
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize workflows.\

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.\
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.\
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.\
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.\
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.\
