  • Foster cross-selling opportunities for various financial products, including deposits, trade transactions, remittances, and forex.
  • Visit clients, assess financial risks, and identify potential issues early on.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to banking and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Supervise account coordinators for efficient transaction processing.
  • Identify and address potential problem accounts proactively.
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio movements and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
