Job Description

A key member of the ALOG & Company, Inc. team, the Finance Director will lead the accounting department and oversee daily operations. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and direct the accounting team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, including tasks such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with senior management to prepare and review budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate internal and external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 7 years in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software relevant to the industry, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
