Training and Development Role

The purpose of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive training plans, materials, and assessments that enhance the technical expertise of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and online.
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and create tailored training programs.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records of training progress and completion.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content.
  • Providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure team members meet performance standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
