Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training plans, materials and strategies to enhance the skills of team members. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of individual and group learners
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure effective knowledge sharing and retention
  • Assess learner needs and create personalized learning plans to address skill gaps
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional development
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training or instructional design role
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in authoring tools and learning management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
