Product Growth Manager, PH

As a Product Growth Manager, you will lead the localization strategy for our products in the PH market, ensuring seamless integration with local services and payment methods. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering insight reports to headquarters, analyzing user behavior data, and monitoring competitor dynamics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing localization strategies for our products in the PH market
  • Delivering regular insight reports to headquarters to inform global product iterations
  • Analyzing local user behavior data and user feedback to identify experience bottlenecks and propose optimization solutions
  • Coordinating local user research, competitor analysis, and user analysis to ensure global products align with local needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Deep understanding of the PH market, particularly in the travel industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
