- Lead employee engagement activities from proposal to execution.
- Coordinate with departments and vendors as needed.
- Benefits Administration
- Manage employee HMO benefits from enrollment to cancellation and renewal.
- Propose, coordinate, and track other benefit initiatives.
- HR Compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and labor laws.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-through abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and basic tools like PowerApps or automation platforms.
- Strong time management and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Open to flexible schedules and occasional field visits.
