This is a hybrid role based in Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to change based on business needs. While most work may be accomplished remotely, you must be able to commute to our office in the Ortigas area at least once per week, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring correct computation of salaries, overtime, and deductions.
  2. Manage government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), including enrollment, contributions, and claims processing.
  3. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave credits, and other company-offered perks.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies, preparing reports as needed.
  5. Handle tax-related responsibilities, including monthly tax filings, annualization, and ensuring accurate computation and remittance of employee taxes.
  6. Address employee concerns related to payroll, taxes, and benefits, providing clear and timely resolutions.
  7. Support audits and compliance checks by maintaining accurate payroll, tax, and benefits records.
  8. Collaborate with HR and Finance team to enhance compensation and benefits processes.
