Administrative Support Associate

As an Administrative Support Associate at People360 Consulting Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver documents and other items to our clients in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for collecting accounts receivable and issuing corresponding Official Receipts. You will also perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, and running errands such as reproducing or photocopying forms. Furthermore, you will be required to make urgent purchases upon instructions from the FAD Manager, record information, and prepare a summary of your itinerary on a daily basis. Your commitment to the organization's guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health (QESH) is essential. You will also be expected to participate in the organization's Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver documents and other items to clients.
