Job Title: Bid Estimation Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bid Estimation Project Coordinator to support our teams in coordinating all aspects of the bid process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Package Management: Ensure that proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Proposal Coordination: Coordinate and track bid proposals from initiation to submission.
  • Estimate Package Management: Ensure all estimate packages include vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, takeoffs, specifications, and scope clarifications.
  • File Organization: Organize files for review and maintain consistent folder structures.
  • Pricing Management: Solicit and track supplier and subcontractor pricing.
  • Contact Database Maintenance: Maintain and update a contact database with key partners.
  • Quote Documentation: Ensure all quotes are documented and properly saved for reference.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with estimators on deadlines and scheduling.
  • Software Tracking: Assist with software tracking and document management.
  • Reporting: Generate summary reports and maintain a calendar.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formatting).
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Experience in construction, engineering, or MEP industries is a plus.
  • Estimating Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with estimating tools (Pinnacle, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) is a plus.
