Job Title: Kitchen Designer and Estimator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer and Estimator to join our team in the Interior Design industry.

About the Job

This fully remote position allows you to showcase your design skills and technical knowledge while working from anywhere, collaborating with clients to bring their dream kitchen spaces to life.

The Kitchen Designer and Estimator will be responsible for developing innovative kitchen designs that meet client specifications while also providing accurate cost estimations for materials and labor.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design projects.
  • Create detailed kitchen layouts and renderings using design software.
  • Prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates for proposed kitchen designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and materials to provide clients with modern design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and estimates clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a kitchen designer with a strong focus on 2020 kitchen design software.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 2020 Design Live.
  • A strong understanding of kitchen design principles, layouts, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in kitchen design.
