About The Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations, including user enablement and documentation
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards
  • Generate insights through data and reporting to support operational decision-making
  • Assist with change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
